FDL took on the challenging task of constructing a double-storey, 11,000 square meter basement, showcasing our expertise in designing and installing extensive temporary works to support this substantial substructure. The project further involved the construction of four eleven-storey concrete frames, demonstrating our proficiency in managing complex structural elements. Adding to the architectural diversity, FDL successfully completed the construction of a 30-storey post-tensioned tower, showcasing our capabilities in implementing advanced construction methodologies. All these elements were seamlessly integrated with associated groundworks to ensure a robust foundation for the entire development.
