Our works package for the regeneration project in Bracknell consisted of rebar detailing, pile attendance, foundations, lift pits, retaining walls, RC concrete frames and drainage. We also carried out the 18,500m2 of ground floor concrete slabs to FM2 Finish and 30,000m2 of concrete toppings to SR3 finish.
One of our key challenges faced during this scheme was the co-ordination of the design and sequence of following trades to meet the very challenging programme.
