Project Description

FDL took the lead in the comprehensive redevelopment of Farnham Town Centre, incorporating mains sewer diversions, extensive infrastructure enhancements, and the construction of a bridge over the River Wye adjacent to the A31. With a substantial 400,000 cubic meters of bulk earth movement, critical ground works and the construction of reinforced concrete (RC) frames for ten blocks, supported by Twinwall cores. The project encompasses external works, including the creation of new courtyards, contributing to the aesthetic and functional aspects of the development. This redevelopment project delivered by our valued client, reflects FDL’s commitment to urban revitalization, sustainability, and creating a dynamic and vibrant town centre for the community.
