FDL have completed enabling works for a new Student accommodation project in Selly Oak, Birmingham for Greystar . The scope of works included site clearance, bulk excavation and removal of approx. 14,000m3 of soil, levelling the site to formation levels. The removal of 190m of brick and sheet piled retaining wall together with installation of incoming services.
