FDL undertook the construction of a single 8-storey residential development, seamlessly integrating a basement and podium. The scope of FDL’s responsibilities encompasses both substructure and superstructure elements, focusing on the construction of reinforced concrete (RC) frames. Notably, Block 5 represents the latest addition to a larger scheme featuring twelve blocks, of which FDL has successfully completed since 2018. This ongoing project demonstrates FDL’s continuous commitment to delivering high-quality developments within the established timeline, contributing to the overall success of the multi-block residential complex.
