FDL spearheaded the construction of a prominent single 27-storey residential development, showcasing our expertise in both substructure and superstructure elements, specifically in reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction. Notably, Block J1 represents the most recent addition in Phase 5 of an extensive project. This development stands as the latest milestone in a series of successful phases, comprising four earlier segments, all expertly constructed by FDL in Southampton since 2014.
