FDL is leading a comprehensive construction project that encompasses groundworks, drainage, and services, coupled with the construction of reinforced concrete (RC) frames ranging from 13 to 20 floors for six blocks. The scope of our work extends to the creation of podium slabs, featuring precast stairs and slipform cores. This multifaceted project highlights FDL’s expertise in both foundational and vertical construction elements, ensuring a seamless integration of groundworks with the intricate structural components. Through the incorporation of slipform cores and other advanced construction methodologies, FDL is committed to delivering a high-quality and efficiently constructed development that meets the contemporary standards of safety and design.
