FDL carried out a comprehensive traditional housing development, overseeing the construction of roads, local infrastructure, and deep drainage through extensive bulk excavation. The project involved the creation of oversites for 500 + units, incorporating reinforced concrete (RC) frames for underground car parks to optimize space usage. External works, including landscaping, contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal and functionality of the development. Beyond housing units, the project includes the construction of a community clubhouse, ponds, and children’s play areas, emphasizing a holistic approach to community living.
