Park Central is an award winning regeneration development situated in Birmingham and comprises of over 300 apartments as well as some commercial space. Our works included site clearance, cut and fill ground modelling exercise, lime soil stabilisation / ground improvement to reduce much off site and lorry movements, piled foundations and raft slabs, foundations and RC frames for apartments, drainage and external works including tarmac roads and permeable block paving.
