This new high rise development consisted of reinforced and pre-cast concrete works including basement and a frame to 23 storeys.

Our scope of works for this included bulk excavation, piling, double basement construction, a large podium
transfer slab and four RC towers. We also carried out the drainage, external works and internal block work for the development.

A key challenge of this scheme was the coordination of the deliveries to this inner city development and the
control of logistical changes as the scheme progressed.
